If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 5 days from the date you receive your item to return the item back to us. Please contact us FIRST before sending any items back or we will refuse any return made without an approval. Please note you are RESPONSIBLE for all shipping costs/fees. Please allow 1-3 business days (not including weekends) to receive your store credit minus shipping cost. All items must be unworn, no smoke smells and in the same condition as they were sent.
